I had quite a distasteful experience with NPBInvest Brokerage. Firstly, the extremely high commission fees were absolutely crippling. For an average investor like myself, the costs were just not sustainable. To add to that, the broker’s customer support was horrendously unresponsive. Problems were rarely solved in a timely manner and the company really lacks the promptness, initiative, and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
