After several attempts, I’ve concluded my journey with UMI Brokerage Firm on a very bitter note. I still grapple with the opaque fee structure that made my transaction experiences more difficult than they should have been. I was met with hidden costs that were not clearly outlined from the onset. This lack of transparency compromised my trust and rendered the services quite poor in my opinion. Moreover, the user experience was far from stellar. The platform was overly complicated, badly organized and plagued with performance glitches. As for the customer support, it was near non-existent. There were protracted response times and the few replies I managed to get were unhelpful, generic responses that showed a blatant lack of personal attention. In all, my experience at UMI Brokerage Firm was unsatisfactory and it is a services that I would not recommend to others.
