I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience of using Money Galactic Brokerage Firm. Firstly, the customer service team was unresponsive and indifferent, my numerous queries regarding investment plans were met with vague responses or forwarded to automated interactions. There seems to be a severe lack of transparency in their operations, as my processing fee was increased with little explanation, no prior warning, and apparent disregard for previously agreed terms. The user interface is also significantly outdated, unintuitive, and riddled with technical glitches which made navigating the platform a daily struggle. Lastly, I am disappointed in the services provided; despite assurances of competitive returns from their investment portfolio, my returns were considerably below expectations and industry averages. Overall, I don’t recommend Money Galactic Brokerage Firm for either novice or experienced investors.
