The high fees they charge are significantly above the industry standard and they fail to justify this with the value they provide. While they promise efficient and seamless transactions, I have been the recipient of botched trades and considerable delays in transaction times. The sermonized superior user experience is shockingly poor with a complex, non-intuitive online platform that seems built to confuse rather than facilitate your trade operations. Customer service is virtually non-existent, with delayed responses to inquiries, untechnical staff, and an overall lack of urgency to resolve issues. The only pros seem to be their wide range of services, which wouldn’t matter if you’re unable to utilize them effectively due to their many downsides. Would I recommend Arcnet Brokerage Firm?
