They seem to have hidden charges which they don’t disclose at the time of account setup. The user experience on their platform is also very dissatisfying. It’s not user-friendly, with various features difficult to navigate and understand. Also, their customer support is quite disappointing; it seems they lack trained professionals. Queries go unanswered for days, with no concrete solutions provided. In one word, my experience was abysmal. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
